At City of Trees, we provide specialized and compassionate individual and group therapy services in Sacramento for children and adults with neurodevelopmental differences.
Our team also offers assessment services for children who are suspected to have developmental concerns such as:
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder),
and/or intellectual disability (IDD).

GROUP SOCIAL SKILLS
Social skills groups for teens and young adults are offered throughout the year.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Our clinicians provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults with disabilities. We work with people at all levels of support needs.
PYSCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS
Our clinic offers comprehensive assessments, including developmental evaluations, autism assessments, cognitive evaluations, and ADHD evaluations.
YOUTH IN FOSTER CARE
Resources and support for youth with developmental disabilities are available through a partnership with the state of California.

Our psychologists and therapists have specific training and expertise in the diagnosis and support of neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Each clinician has focused their career and training on research-supported assessment tools and therapeutic interventions. We all share a strong belief in providing personalized care to help families and individuals work toward their version of a happy and healthy life.
Meet our Team
Haleigh Scott, Ph.D
Haleigh is a licensed psychologist, and her area of specialization is in autism assessment and therapy for people with higher support needs, severe mental health, trauma, or transition-aged youth.
Noe Dueñas, M.A, APCC
Noe is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a licensed Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who specializes in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and other complex needs. 
Andrea Schneider, Ph.D.
Andrea is a licensed psychologist who specializes in neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities—as well as genetic disorders, trauma, anxiety, and complex psychiatric presentations. 
Asha Ellman-Kassing, M.A.
Asha is a pre-doctoral psychology intern who specializes in the assessment and treatment of children and adults with possible ASD, ADHD, and various developmental disabilities. 
Hidra Soro, B.S.
Hidra is completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, identity development, life transitions, and complex family dynamics.
Violet Cepeda
Violet is our Administrative Assistant, who utilizes her 20+ years of experience in customer service to connect with our clients & families, support their needs, and create a positive experience for all who receive support from our practice. We’d love to hear from you.
